1. Eligibility
Applicants must be:
• Senior undergraduate students who have already been admitted to a graduate program
• Master’s or Ph.D. students enrolled in full-time programs
• Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality only and must not hold dual citizenship
2. Requirements
Applicants must have a TOEIC score of 550 or above (or equivalent English proficiency test) and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) An average academic score of 80 or above for the previous two semesters at the time of application.
(2) Award winner in national or international competitions with a semester average of 75 or above.
(3) Participation in an AIDC R&D project or research topic with a semester average of 75 or above.
3. Eligible Departments
Students enrolled in science and engineering related departments at domestic public or private universities (including universities of technology).

From now until March 31, 2026.

6. Scholarship Amount, Duration, and Service Obligation
(1) Master’s students: NT$30,000 per month, for up to 2 years.
(2) Ph.D. students: NT$40,000 per month, for up to 4 years.
(3) After employment with AIDC, the required service period will be twice the duration of the scholarship received. For example, receiving the scholarship for one semester requires a minimum service commitment of one year.
