Applications for the 2026 First Phase Technical Skills Award will officially open on March 2. Students who wish to apply for skill awards related to professional certificates or competition achievements must submit their information through the eCare System.

Please submit the following documents to the department office for preliminary review before March 25 (Wednesday). Late submissions will not be accepted.

Required documents:
• Technical Skills Award Application Form
• Supporting documents (certificates, competition results, etc.)
• Photocopy of the front page of the student’s Post Office savings account passbook

※ Please make sure that the postal savings account listed on the application form belongs to the applicant (not a parent or another person).

※ For competition awards, please ensure that the following information is filled in correctly:
• Total number of participating teams
• Total number of awarded teams
• Competition prize amount

※ If the competition result also meets the eligibility requirements for the Chang-Yang Industrial Co., Ltd. Scholarship and you wish to apply, please print the application form and note “Apply for Chang-Yang Scholarship” in the upper-right corner. If the application does not pass the final review, it will automatically be processed as a general competition award application.
