Dear Capstone Project Team Leaders,
After the evaluation by the review committee, each team is required to revise the project report according to the reviewers’ comments. After completing the revisions, please submit the final version by January 14, 2026 (Wednesday).
Please submit one hard copy of the final report with perfect binding (blue cover required).
1. Around 16:10 on the same day, please visit the department office to collect the Approval Form signed by the Department Chair.
After your advisor has reviewed the final version, please ensure that your advisor has signed the approval form. The approval form should be placed after the first page of the final report and bound together as one volume. Please submit the bound report to the department office for record keeping.
In addition, please submit the following electronic files:
• PPT presentation file
• Final report (Word format)
• Final report (PDF format)
Files may be submitted by either:
• Copying them to the department office hard drive, or
• Sending them via email to tcd@nfu.edu.tw
2. The report cover and spine must follow the department’s official format. Students should arrange printing and perfect binding at Ming-Chuan Printing Service.
• Photocopying costs for the report content will be covered by the students. • The department will cover the cost of the binding and cover for one copy.
Reminder: The spine format must follow the template shown in the figures below. The graduation year should be listed as (2025).
