*The Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics and Aviation (JAAA) has agreed to collaborate with the Best Paper Award Competition of the conference. Papers recommended by the Best Paper Award Committee will be given priority consideration for publication in the Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics and Aviation (JAAA) (SCIE Indexed).*Authors of the recommended Best Paper Award submissions will be notified after the conference. Authors who wish to publish their papers in JAAA should prepare their manuscripts according to the JAAA manuscript format and submit them through the JAAA online submission system (https://www.ipress.tw/j0039?pWebID=78&pType=&mSeq=5).
