Submission Guidelines

The conference accepts submissions of either Extended Abstracts or Full Papers in Chinese or English. Please follow the submission guidelines below:
  1. Manuscripts must be prepared using the official conference templates. Please refer to the conference website at https://ae.nfu.edu.tw/aasrc2026 for the Full Paper Template and the Extended Abstract Template.
  2. Extended abstracts are limited to 4 pages, while full papers should be 6–8 pages. Papers may be submitted in either Chinese or English. Page numbers must appear at the bottom center of each page.
    File naming format:
    AuthorName_PaperTitle_Abstract (Extended Abstract)
    AuthorName_PaperTitle_Paper (Full Paper)

    Authors who also intend to submit their work to the Journal of Aerospace, Aviation, and Applied Mechanics (JoAAA) should prepare the manuscript in English. Please refer to the JoAAA author guidelines at: https://www.ipress.tw/J0039.

    Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings only after the registration fee has been paid on or before October 16, 2026.
  3. Authors whose papers are accepted for poster presentation should prepare their posters according to the official Poster Presentation Template (A1 size), print the poster themselves, and display it at the conference venue on the day of the conference.
  4. Only full-paper submissions are eligible for the Best Paper Award Competition. Based on the initial review results, the Best Paper Award Committee will invite selected finalists to participate in the final review. The final evaluation will consist of an oral presentation, with the date, time, and venue to be announced separately. Following the presentations, the committee will select the First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Honorable Mention winners. Awards will be presented during the conference banquet.
  5. Student authors entering the Best Paper Award Competition must clearly indicate the name and contact information of their academic advisor.
  6. Please prepare the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and abstract according to the sample template. For manuscripts written in English, the English title, author(s), affiliation(s), and abstract should appear before the corresponding Chinese version.
  7. For the final manuscript, please indicate the Paper ID in the upper-right corner of the first page.
  8. Regardless of whether revisions have been made, authors are required to upload the final PDF version of the Full Paper or Extended Abstract. The file name should be formatted using the Paper ID. For example, if the Paper ID is 1003, the filename should be 1003_AuthorName_Paper.pdf. When uploading the final manuscript, authors must also upload the completed Copyright License Agreement.

Journal of Aerospace, Aviation, and Applied Mechanics (JoAAA)

Authors who wish to submit an extended version of their conference paper to the Journal of Aerospace, Aviation, and Applied Mechanics (JoAAA) (ESCI Indexed) may be given priority consideration upon recommendation by the Best Paper Award Committee of the conference.

In addition to submitting manuscripts using the conference paper format, authors are also welcome to upload a complete English manuscript prepared in accordance with the JoAAA manuscript format at the time of submission.
